At this time, when you view the rack the game tries to send you the entire contents of our rack all at once. If the process takes too long, sometimes the game client loses its connection to the game server while waiting for the download to finish. This is an especially common problem for players who have dial-up Internet connections.
The Three Rings development team is exploring alternative ways of presenting rack contents so that the game client doesn't lose its connection so easily. In the meantime, we apologize for the inconvenience and encourage you to shop our rack here on the web site. It is faster, more stable, and includes extras like a search engine and outfit ideas.
